Kick-off Event in London

Picture this: You step into our London HQ for the kick-off event of the Subak Accelerator. You're welcomed by a buzzing community of like-minded changemakers who are just as passionate as you are about driving positive impact in the world. Over the next three months, you'll immerse yourself in a transformative experience that will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to scale your organisation and make an even bigger impact.

It’s All About YOU

Our programme is bespoke and tailored to your organisation's specific needs and stage of development. During the kick-off event, we'll get to know you and your organisation better, understand your goals and aspirations, and work with you to set the right milestones for the programme.

You’ll begin adding to your toolbox immediately, with an expert foundational bootcamp on finance, legal, marketing, operations, management, data and impact. 

A Typical Week in the Subak Accelerator

Each week, you'll dive into 3 hours of interactive workshops covering topics like fundraising strategy, scaling teams and culture, marketing and branding, impact management, and effective data management. 

And the learning doesn't stop there. 

You'll also have access to peer working sessions and 1:1 office hours with our experienced team of mentors and advisors.
