Explore, experiment, innovate
Our 3 month programme helps founders learn how to run an effective and impactful climate not-for-profit. Our unique four pillar curriculum focuses on the business fundamentals start-ups need to scale. You will access tuition from best-in-class mentors and advisors, work alongside Subak’s in-house subject matter experts, and become part of a global network of data-led climate innovators.

Subak’s Accelerator programme currently supports startups in Europe and APAC through our two international nodes in UK and Australia.

A core focus on climate change mitigation
We are looking for organisations with the ambition to create significant & measurable impact.
A scalable approach
We want to see the potential for your model or operations to scale across new geographies or sectors.
A data-centred theory of change
We are looking for organisations which generate data assets as part of core output of their work, and aim to use that data to influence change in public or commercial behaviour and/or policy.
An ethos of collaboration
We believe that organisations fighting climate change should work together to create a coherent base of data, tools, and practice that allow us all to fight more effectively.
To be eligible for the Accelerator, you must:
Be legally incorporated and headquartered in Europe or APAC
Operate as a not-for-profit
Have 2 or more staff members
Be able to contribute to Subak's Data Catalogue
Have at least 3 month runway at the start of Accelerate

What we cover
Curriculum
Top-tier network
Our Accelerator trainers, speakers and mentors are leaders with domain expertise across business, tech, data, and/or impact. In small-group workshops, talks, and roundtables, you'll receive hands-on guidance from these top-tier trainers.
We'll also pair you with a carefully selected mentor, who will support your growth and development during the Accelerator with regular 1-to-1 check-ins.
